The Kingsport Antique and Rod Club attempted to hold it's annual
Cruise-In at our new location of The Kingsport Town Center
on Friday night May 28, 2010 but mother nature did not
cooperate. It rained extremely hard so the Super Curise
was rescheduled for Friday June 4, 2010. The weather cooperated
and there were over 300 vehicles present. This Cruise-In
is held once a year on Memorial Day weekend. There is
no entry fee but donations are accepted to benefit Ronald
McDonald House. Donations of $1500 were received for Ronald
McDonald House. Kingsport Town Center and their merchants
furnished numerous door prizes which were given out to
participants through out the evening. Fifty-Fifty tickets
were sold and a lucky winner received $193. Kingsport
Antique and Rod Club and Rainbow Motors donated 4 new
bicycles which were won by some lucy children.
